CapSize Pro

Adaptive Capture Modes

CapSize operates in two distinct modes depending on your immediate need.

  • Fullscreen Capture: Press your global hotkey (default PrintScreen) to instantly freeze your screen, then drag to highlight an area.
  • Precision Viewfinder: Launch the app window to act as a transparent lens. Drag the edges to frame your shot, or type exact pixel dimensions into the header. Press Enter to snap.
Pro Tip: Working with multiple displays in Fullscreen Mode? Press Ctrl + Shift + ← / → to instantly jump the frozen capture canvas to your previous or next monitor.

Vector Manipulation

The toolbar hides secondary functions behind right-clicks and double-clicks to keep the interface uncluttered.

  • Bezier Curves: Select any drawn line or arrow and double-click the center handle to convert it into a smooth, adjustable curve.
  • Smart Arrows: Press A to cycle through arrow styles on the fly (Standard, Hand-Drawn, Concave, Dot-Endpoints).
  • Solid Shapes: Double-click any shape tool to toggle between hollow outlines and solid fills.
Pro Tip: Right-click the Line tool to instantly convert it into a transparent yellow Highlighter.

Pixel Inspection

Examine and extract precise details from your captures without ever leaving the canvas.

  • Tactical Eyedropper: Select the Eyedropper and Right-Click to deploy the Micro-Lens. Use your keyboard's Arrow Keys to nudge the crosshair pixel-by-pixel.
  • Stamped Magnifiers: Drop a high-resolution magnification lens onto the canvas. Use Ctrl + Scroll to adjust the optical zoom up to 5x.

Secure Data Tools

Extract data or obscure it completely offline. Zero data ever leaves your local machine.

  • Offline OCR: Press O and drag a box around unselectable text (like inside a video). The text is extracted directly to your clipboard.
  • Privacy Blur: Press B and drag over passwords, emails, or faces to apply a permanent, cryptographic pixel-scramble.
  • Sequential Stamps: Press M to drop auto-incrementing numbers (1, 2, 3) for step-by-step guides.

Tactile Adjustments

Stop moving your mouse back to the toolbar. CapSize is built for fluid, real-time adjustments.

  • Scroll to Size: Hover over the canvas and scroll your mouse wheel to instantly change tool thickness or font size.
  • Shift + Scroll: Adjust the transparency of your current tool or selected shape.
  • Precision Nudge: Select any shape and use your Arrow Keys to move it exactly 1 pixel.
Pro Tip: Save your perfect tool style in the Color Picker, then press Ctrl + 1-9 to instantly equip that preset later.

Frictionless Export

CapSize removes the friction of saving files when you just need to share them.

  • Drag-to-Share: Click and hold the cyan Satellite Uplink button in the header. Drag your finished image directly into Slack, Discord, or Email.
  • Auto-Copy: Enable in settings to automatically copy the raw image to your clipboard every time you snap.
  • Save & Close: Click the yellow output button to save your image and instantly minimize the app to your system tray.

SmartClip Pro

Core Workflow

SmartClip silently intercepts everything you copy (Ctrl+C) and organizes it into an actionable history stack.

  • Instant Paste: Click the text of any clip to copy it back to your active clipboard.
  • Image Optimization: Massive, high-resolution images are automatically optimized in the background to save RAM.
  • Optimistic Deletion: Click the Trash icon to remove a clip. A 2-second "UNDO" toast will appear—hover over it to pause the timer, or click to restore the clip.

Privacy & Persistence

Designed specifically for the security needs of developers and researchers.

  • Sensitive Data Guard: SmartClip scans incoming data for AWS Keys, Stripe Tokens, RSA Keys, and passwords. If detected, the UI instantly masks the text to prevent accidental exposure during screen shares.
  • HDD Persistence: Your history stack (up to 500 items) is safely written to your local hard drive, surviving system reboots.
  • Offline OCR: When you copy an image containing text, the persistent local OCR engine extracts the text. Click the TXT badge to copy it.

Organization & Transforms

Turn a chaotic research session into structured data instantly.

  • Magic Transforms: Hover over any snippet and click the Magic Wand to convert text to CamelCase, create URL-slugs, or instantly strip tracking parameters (like utm_source) from copied links.
  • Batch Exporting: Check the boxes next to multiple snippets. Click "Export" to merge all selected text clips into a single .txt file.
  • Custom Labels: Click the "Add Label" text at the bottom of any clip to assign a custom organizational tag.
Pro Tip: Accidentally deleted a clip and missed the Undo toast? Open Settings and click the Info icon to view the System Terminal Log. Click any entry to restore it.

Smart Navigation

SmartClip analyzes your data to generate interactive badges and shortcuts.

  • Smart Badges: Copied a URL? Click the OPEN badge to launch it in your browser. Copied a Hex Code? A live color swatch appears automatically.
  • Keyboard Navigation: Use the Up and Down arrow keys to navigate your history list. Press Enter to copy the highlighted clip.
  • Global Search: Press S to focus the search bar. SmartClip searches both raw text and the hidden OCR data inside your captured images.

HexStack Pro

Extraction & Injection

Build your palettes rapidly with frictionless capture mechanics.

  • Screen Extraction: Press Ctrl + Alt + P anywhere on your system to deploy the eyedropper crosshair. Click to capture, or Right-Click to cancel.
  • Manual Injection: Press S to focus the search/inject bar. Type a known hex code and press Enter to add it to your stack.
  • Pinning: Click the Star icon to protect a color from being pushed out of your history limit.

Advanced Color Math

HexStack is a validation engine for professional UI/UX design.

  • Tweak & Refine: Expand a color and open the "Adjust Color" dropdown to fine-tune Hue, Saturation, and Lightness with a side-by-side comparison.
  • Triadic Harmony: HexStack calculates two perfectly balanced complementary colors (120° apart) for every swatch. Click a chip to extract it.
  • One-Click Copy: Instantly copy your colors in HEX, RGB, RGBA, HSL, HSV, HSVA, CMYK, or ARGB formats.

Inclusive Validation

Ensure your interfaces meet global accessibility standards before writing any CSS.

  • WCAG A11y Audit: HexStack calculates contrast ratios against white and black backgrounds, providing a Pass/Fail rating based on the 4.5:1 minimum standard.
  • Vision Simulators: Use the dropdown to apply Protanopia, Deuteranopia, or Tritanopia filters to your swatch to see how color-blind users will perceive it.

Organization & Export

Move your finalized palettes directly into your codebase.

  • Custom Labels: Click the "Custom Label" field on any swatch to assign it a variable name (e.g., --primary-brand).
  • Batch Exporting: Select multiple colors and click Export to save them as formatted .TXT, .CSS, or .JSON files.
Pro Tip: Accidentally deleted a swatch? Open Settings and click the Info icon to view the System Terminal Log. Click any hex code in the terminal to instantly recover it.

Hardware Activation

Mint Logic uses a secure, local-first hardware seal. No accounts or passwords are required.

Troubleshooting: If Windows permissions prevent you from dragging and dropping the file, press Ctrl + Shift + L inside the app to open the Manual Activation terminal. Open your .mint file in Notepad, copy the text, and paste it directly into the prompt.

Managing Manual Updates

Stay Current, Not Crowded. Because Mint Logic utilities are 100% offline, they don't auto-update or track your version. Here is how to keep your specific tier up to date.

Mint Pro Updates

For users who purchased the Pro suite or a standalone Pro license.

  • Visit the Customer Portal.
  • Enter your checkout email to receive a secure Magic Link.
  • Download the newest DRM-free binaries for your OS.
  • Extract the new .exe over your old one. Your settings and Pro License are safely preserved in AppData.

Mint Core Updates

For users running the free foundational tier.

  • Navigate to the Mint Logic GitHub or the Core download menu on the main site.
  • Download the latest Core .exe installer for your specific application.
  • Run the installer to seamlessly overwrite your old version. Your local history will be preserved.
  • Optional: Join the free notification list on the download page to get an email when major versions drop.
